Suitegirl.org was founded by Niva Patel, an alum of the TiE New Jersey TYE program, to empower the next generation of women leaders in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) by helping them develop critical success skills to ultimately reach the C-Suite.

With over 150 dedicated members and growing, SuiteGirl.org connects successful executive women and mentors to high school and college girls to expose them to potential career paths and leadership opportunities.

As the Founder, Niva recruited connections and secured resources to share with other girls, including those in underprivileged communities, who are interested in becoming leaders and aspiring to reach the C-Suite. She created a strong team of women passionate about empowering other girls in our generation and launched a website and social media campaign. They organized networking events and panel discussions to inspire high school and college girls to become the next leaders. Their mission is for this generation to have 50% of executive positions held by women.

SuiteGirl.org has collaborated and co-hosted with organizations such as The Douglass Women’s Leadership Retreat (over 125 female college student leaders), Rutgers University Douglass College, MarketSmith Inc., Oasis, and local high schools.
